11.23.12 - Kiwanis Holiday Lights Display Transforms Sibly Park

MANKATO - Santa doing the honors flipping on the lights around 6:30 Friday night, turning Sibley Park in Mankato into a winter wonderland for the opening ceremonies of the Kiwanis Holiday Lights display. After weeks of setup, and months of planning, volunteers created a one million–light display in the park.
