Recipients are selected based upon a fully completed application that meets eligibility requirements and is submitted by the specified deadline. Once a deadline has passed and all complete applications are processed, a committee will review the applications and make award recommendations. Award recommendations are based on scholarship criteria, the availability of funds and the competitiveness of the applicant pool. The review process may take several weeks and those selected to receive scholarships will be notified.

Scholarships are always paid to the educational institution on behalf of the named recipient. No awards will be made directly to students or their families.
Recipients must submit scholarship acceptance agreements to receive payment. Generally, scholarship checks are sent in the summer, provided students have submitted the required paperwork.
The scholarship can be used for any educational expenses related to your school’s cost of attendance, which may include tuition and fees, books and supplies, room and board, and other miscellaneous school expenses for the awarded academic year.
Please notify us immediately to ensure your scholarship award is sent to the correct institution and still meets the scholarship criteria.
