Todd Prafke believes in the honor of service to the greater community, and that experimentation brings vibrancy to organizations. He has been the City Administrator for the City of Saint Peter Minnesota for over 20 years. Prior to that he served in the same position in Blooming Prairie, Minnesota and also served seven years as a circuit-riding City Administrator in four small Cities in Minnesota. He has been President of the League of Minnesota Cities and has served on the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust board for 21 years, seven as its Chair. Prafke has been a community builder and a key contributor to the development of partnerships throughout the Saint Peter area with various boards, non-profits and local units of government. He and his family reside in Saint Peter.

Todd was appointed to the Mankato Area Foundation Board of Directors in 2018.
