Tom Lentz is a 1985 graduate of Carleton College, majoring in economics. He is a 1992 graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware. He has worked in the banking industry for over 30 years and has held a wide variety of positions during that time. Most recently, he joined West Bank in March of 2019, where he serves as the Market President. Tom currently serves on the Asset Management Committee of the Mankato Family YMCA, as well as the Finance Committee of the South Central College Foundation. Tom and his wife Diane, along with their two adult children, have lived in Mankato for over 20 years.

Tom currently serves as secretary of the Mankato Area Foundation Board of Directors. Appointed to the Board in 2016, he also serves on the Strategy and Governance committee.
