Wade Abed

Wade H. Abed II is Profinium, Inc.’s EVP & Corporate Counsel.  His in-house legal practice at Profinium focuses on banking, trusts and estates, finance, technology, real estate and lending, and brokerage law.  Since 2015, Wade has taught at Minnesota State University, Mankato in the College of Business and the College of Science, Engineering, and Technology.

Wade earned his bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Platteville, and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law in Saint Paul, MN. He is a founder and former shareholder of the Knutson, Casey, Koberoski + Abed law firm. He was also previously an associate attorney at Farrish Johnson Law Office in Mankato, Minn. Prior to that, Wade worked in the Minneapolis area law firm Leonard, O’Brien, Spencer, Gale & Sayre.

Wade and his wife, Kellie, have two sons named Miles and Lincoln. Miles is twelve years old and loves skiing, track, art, and music. Lincoln is ten and loves the outdoors, catching Northern Pike, riding dirt bikes, and working with tools. The Abed’s have a rambunctious miniature schnauzer named Piper. Every year, Wade battles his lifelong commitment to the Chicago Bears, Bulls, Blackhawks, and Cubs (Wade grew up in North Chicago/Waukegan, IL). Wade remains thankful for the Chicago Cubs 2016 World Series Championship. For fun, Wade and Kellie take the kids outdoors adventuring. They frequently visit the Badger State for Wisconsin’s unique brand of fun.

Wade was appointed to the Mankato Area Foundation Board of Directors in 2021. He currently serves as a member of the Philanthropy committee.
